What Are Affiliate Links?

An affiliate link is a special tracking link. When you click it and make a purchase on the retailer’s website, the retailer pays me a small percentage of the sale as a referral fee. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you had gone directly to the retailer.

Which Programs I Participate In

  • Amazon Associates — I am a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.
  • ShareASale — I work with home decor, furniture, and lifestyle brands through the ShareASale network.
  • Other Networks — Occasionally I participate in additional affiliate programs with individual brands. These are always disclosed.

My Editorial Standards

Affiliate relationships never influence what I write or recommend. Every product I link to is something I genuinely use, have thoroughly researched, or would buy myself. I would rather lose a commission than recommend something I don’t believe in.

  • Brands cannot pay to be featured or reviewed positively.
  • If I receive a product to review, I will say so clearly in that post.
  • Negative opinions stay in, always. If something didn’t work for me, I’ll say so.
